Windows Hill Antipasto

This traditional Italian first course is the perfect platter for your next event. We utilize our great
local resources to provide a platter of cured local meats along with seasonal roasted, marinated and raw vegetables along with our homemade mozzarella

VA Cheese Board
$125 serves 25
A selection of cheeses sourced from Virginia served with locally made chutney's,
crusty bread and toasted nuts



Party Meals
Classic big pot meals to build your gathering around. Great for large or small parties.
Perfect for intimate home gatherings.

Coq Au Vin
$10 pp
Classic French dish of local Natures Choice chicken stewed in red wine with potatoes, mushrooms and bacon.
Served with seasonal vegetables

Cipalle
$15 pp
A warming feast of local hare, duck, pork shank, quail, marrow bone and potatoes slow cooked under pastry for 4 hrs
Served with seasonal vegetables

Spring Lamb Champvallon

12 pp
Delicious casserole of thin cut onions, brasied lamb, spring herbs and layered potatoes. Served with tangy lemon asparagus.

Nadolski's Porcetta
$13 pp
Rolled suckling pig stuffed with John Nadolski's home made sausage. Served up with delicious stewed seasonal garlic greens.

Salads

Classic Panzanella
$6 pp
An Italian classic of roasted or grilled tomatoes and red peppers and chunks of good bread. Fresh mozzarella, basil, shaved onions and other summer vegetables

Farro Salad
$6 pp
Also known as spelt this super grain is paired with seasonal vegetables and a simple olive oil based dressing

Crispy Duck Salad
$9 pp
Seasonal fruit, tossed with local greens and a balsamic port reduction

Pasta
we have been blessed with two great local pasta producers in
Bombolini and Cavanna. Below are some great dishes we offer with their products.

Baked Penne
$12 pp
Herbed penne served with fresh tomatoes and our
own hand made mozzarella.
Baked with fresh basil and shaved parmesan


Linguine Tetrazzini
$13 pp
Baked linguine with mushrooms and locally raised chicken
and mushrooms

Fusilli with Pesto
$11 pp
Cream Pesto Sauce tossed with this delicious
Bombolini fusilli and topped with parmesan

Eat Well. Eat Local. Even on a tight budget. Each delicious menu is presented beautifully and designed to impress without the cost. All Menus at just $8.00 a person except the Roast Beef for $10.00


Pasta and Antipasti
$12 per person
Cured, pickled, air dried and thinly sliced
The meal starts off with a generous helping of seasonal treats, meat and vegetables.

Followed by our silky hand cranked fettuccine, made with, Shenandoah Valley eggs, tossed with unfiltered olive oil, crumbled chili and flat leaf parsley.
