Our chef, James Walton, has worked in some of the area's best kitchens. He learned to respect local ingredients under Mike O'Hara at Roux 3. From there he pressed into the city earning a degree from The Restaurant School. In the city he worked under Jose Garces at Steven Starr's Alma De Cuba. Now he is working alongside Kevin Diskin (Le Bec Fin, Gilmore's) at Big Fork Restaurant in Chadds Ford.
