Food travels an average of 1,500 to 2,500 miles from farm to table in this country. We want to cut that number drastically. Most of the farmers we deal with are located in Chester, Delaware and Lancaster counties.
Supporting local agriculture supports your local economy as well as the family farm which is a dieing breed. Without the food traveling such great distances you reduce harmful emissions that are effecting the earth.
