Though we did not aspire to be a GREEN company it seems our love for local food has dropped us in that category. Eliminating fuel costs as well as the health benefits for those who eat with us.

Food travels an average of 1,500 to 2,500 miles from farm to table in this country. We want to cut that number drastically. Most of the farmers we deal with are located in Goochland, Amelia and Chesterfield Counties.

Supporting local agriculture supports your local economy as well as the family farm which is a dieing breed. Without the food traveling such great distances you reduce harmful emissions that are effecting the earth.
